Laconium Sauna

What is a Laconium?

Laconium is a dry form of sauna, the temperature is around 55°C. After a short time, the body is warmed up so that it is optimally detoxified by intensive sweating. The blood circulation is stimulated and the metabolism is stimulated, the immune system is mobilized.

How does the heat in the Laconium affect the human body?

Regular sweating in a laconium sauna also helps to reduce stress sustainably. Heart activity is stimulated and blood pressure regulated. The result is a feeling of freshness and deep mental and physical relaxation. The length of stay in the laconium is determined by your own well-being, but the detoxifying effect begins after 15 to 20 minutes.
