When was the last time you actively enjoyed the peace and power of the forest? Listened to the sounds and perceived the different scents and temperature levels?

With our "Forest Bathing-Program" you take trained relaxation trainers and nature lovers on your favorite tours.
In addition to the program items, you will have sufficient time for individual wellness treatments or excursions into our varied surroundings.
- Conscious breathing with a walk and little meditation at the power place in our picturesque Brexbach floodplains.
- Sound experience with Tibetan sound bowls in good weather outside'.
- Nature experience walk with herb expert Ira Bräuer: learn interesting facts about the medicinal herbs and the nature of the Westerwald and some so-called "weeds" during an 1.5 hour walk. Afterwards we will have a break with a small picnic in a cozy place.
- "Feel nature" train your mindfulness while passing our small, natural barefoot path.
- a basalt stone back massage with warm basalt stones from the Westerwald rounds off your personal relaxation experience (45 min.)
- “Kannenbäcker” body care with Westerwald clays, fine salts and oils in the Laconium (bio sauna, 65°C), peels the skin and purifies.
- "Stone Meditation": experience a mindfulness exercise with a self-collected stone.

Our wellness hotel is located
The hotel Heinz is located half way between Cologne and Frankfurt, in Nassau Natural Park in Rhineland-Palatinate. Hikers and bikers alike will find splendid paths along the Westerwald, ranging from nice little hills to flat lands.
