Fit despite a lack of time

Have a mini-workout at the office? No problem at all! Whether you cycle to work, walk the stairs instead of taking the elevator or simply incorporate some light movements whilst sitting at your desk. You can do so by taking two 0,33l water bottles and use them as dumbbells.

Keep your Composure

Start off your day with an energy boost: Stand up straight, place your feet in one line with your hips and shoulders, slightly bend your knees, stand on your tiptoes and stretch for a long time. As you are doing this, lift your arms sideways up to shoulder height, with your palms facing up. Repeat this exercise three times every morning and start your day!

Healthy, healthier, vegetables

We all know that vegetables are healthy. Now, US scientists have discovered just how healthy they are and published a ranking. The winner is watercress, followed by Chinese cabbage, Swiss chard and beetroot. So do not shy away from a bigger variety on your plate.
