We all sit too much and sitting up straight as we have all been taught as kids makes it even worse. Changing positions is so important when it comes to sitting. Do not hesitate to wiggle from left to right, lean back or stand up for a while.
Start off your day with an energy boost: Stand up straight, place your feet in one line with your hips and shoulders, slightly bend your knees, stand on your tiptoes and stretch for a long time. As you are doing this, lift your arms sideways up to shoulder height, with your palms facing up. Repeat this exercise three times every morning and start your day!
