Natural cosmetics offers in the wellness hotel
Natural cosmetics offers in the wellness hotel enjoy great popularity. Beauty treatments with cosmetics made from natural ingredients are being used by more and more people. And also in the beauty salon or in the hotel spa, creams and co. made from natural active ingredients are a popular choice. What exactly is natural cosmetics and how can you recognise them?
Natural cosmetics - they grow and blossom
Blossoms, leaves, fruits: we encounter these not only in nature, but increasingly on the packaging in the beauty shelves too. Natural cosmetics are growing and flourishing, in fact they are really blossoming, to use the appropriate formulations. While a few years ago it was only available in selected shops, natural cosmetics can now even be found in almost every supermarket.
Especially in times when many people have little contact with nature in their everyday lives, it is becoming increasingly important in our scale of values. Nature not only stands for trees and bushes, but we also associate it with a longing for originality, for what is pure and true.
Thank you for the flowers! The effective power of natural cosmetics
Natural cosmetics are more in demand than ever. And rightly so. Many plants contain valuable substances that pamper, protect and care for our skin. These substances and their effects are being researched more and more and made available to us in delicately scented creams, high-quality oils or serums.
For example, plant extracts from pomegranate, rose petals, sea buckthorn berries or apricots support our fight against skin ageing by protecting the skin from free radicals. Garden cress contains active ingredients that can reduce or prevent age spots. And lavender or liquorice roots can soothe an irritated complexion.
Close to nature, natural cosmetics
Nature on the packaging does not always mean that there is also nature in the tube. Many manufacturers want to profit from the popularity of natural cosmetics and suggest with green packaging or flower pictures that their products are also natural cosmetics. Likewise, terms like "nature", "natural" or "close to nature" are meant to make the customer believe that she is buying natural cosmetics.
But this is not always the case. So if you really want to be sure, it is better to use natural cosmetics labels. The NATRUE seal, the BDIH seal and the ECOCERT test seal, for example, provide orientation.
Natural cosmetics at wellness hotels: wellness with active ingredients from nature
Many wellness hotels also offer beauty and spa treatments with natural cosmetics. Ask at the spa reception for such treatments. Or try out a treatment with natural products from the region of the wellness hotel. For example, sea buckthorn, algae, but also active ingredients such as amber and mud support our beauty and well-being during a wellness holiday at the North Sea or Baltic Sea. In the wellness hotel in Bavaria and Austria, you will be pampered with alpine herbs and in the wellness hotel in the Black Forest, products made from spruce needles, elder and apple blossom, for example, are used in the spa.
