What will my holiday experience be like?
In our hotels you will still experience wellness as a lifestyle: The four pillars of wellness "Relaxation", "Nutrition", "Exercise" and "Social Emotional Support" are written in capital letters. All partner hotels are surrounded by the most beautiful nature, which you can discover in a variety of ways. Do I have to wear a protective mask?
Currently, guests and staff are legally obliged to wear a simple mouth and nose mask in public places. The wellness hotel of your choice will be happy to inform you about the latest valid regulations on site.

How are the rooms cleaned?
The rooms are cleaned during your stay according to the highest standards of hygiene. Our staff wear a mouth and nose protector and disposable gloves when entering your room. They disinfect surfaces at particular risk. After the guest has left, all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. Note: There are currently different regulations for regular room cleaning. What do I have to think about before my arrival?
In Germany and many European countries, proof of a negative antigen or PCR test no more than 48 hours ago is required when travelling on holiday. If possible, please carry out this test at home in order to simplify the check-in process. If you feel ill on arrival, please postpone your trip.
What should I do if I experience COVID-19 symptoms on site?
If you feel any signs of illness suspected to be caused by COVID-19, please contact the reception immediately. The hotelier is prepared for such a case and will take further steps with you and the relevant authorities.
What are the rules to ensure that not too many people are in the restaurant at the same time?
In order to comply with the legal requirements for maximum number of people in the restaurant, many of our partners offer different periods for breakfast or dinner. The reception staff will be happy to provide you with further details. Please reserve your desired period in the restaurant there.
What else is done to prevent infection in the restaurant?
The hotels have arranged the placement in the restaurant in such a way that minimum distances to people from other rooms can be maintained at all times. Many hotel partners serve most dishes at the table. Please observe the marked distances on the floor and the walking paths.
Is the spa area open?

Is there a risk of infection in the pool?
The water of indoor and outdoor pools has always protected against the transmission of viruses and bacteria by adding chlorine. Nevertheless, please observe the minimum distances to the next person in the pool and the distance markings in front of the public showers.
Can I get infected in the sauna?
There is no risk of COVID-19 infection at temperatures higher than 70°C. Therefore, you can enjoy your stay in saunas with these temperatures and higher without any concerns. Nevertheless, please note the limited number of people in the saunas and keep the marked minimum distances.
How is the minimum distance maintained in the rest area?
The recliners in our hotels have been arranged so that minimum distances can be maintained. For the spa area, there is also often a maximum number of people, which is indicated by signs. The hotel staff will be happy to provide you with further details.
Can I currently book treatments?

How is the risk of infection during a treatment minimised?
Our employees wear a mouth guard and/or face visor and will increasingly disinfect all areas in the cabin that are exposed to intensive contact. Please follow the special hygiene instructions on site.
Are there currently fitness classes available at the hotel?
Of course there are still our group activity programmes in the wellness hotels. If these cannot take place outdoors due to the season, we make sure that the minimum distance is observed in the gymnastics rooms, regular disinfection and good ventilation. Please understand that our trainers currently do not perform corrections with body contact. If you would like to participate in our fitness programme, we recommend that you bring your own gymnastics mat.
Can I also use fitness equipment?
The fixed fitness equipment is still available and is regularly disinfected. We also ask you to disinfect the equipment directly after use. Please note the maximum number of persons in the fitness room.
