Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the guest will be issued the South Tyrol Alto Adige Guest Pass (hereinafter “Guest Pass”), which, according to Resolution No. 732/2022 of the South Tyrolean Provincial Government, is valid for the entire duration of the stay, from 12:00 AM on the day of arrival until 12:00 AM on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transportation within the Südtirolmobil network area as well as additional services, which may vary depending on the tourism organization.
The sole South Tyrol–wide provider of the Guest Pass is the Mobility Consortium, which was appointed as the central coordination body in accordance with the above-mentioned resolution by the South Tyrol Tourism Organizations Association (LTS) on November 16, 2022. Details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass as well as the terms of use are provided by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Purpose
The transmitted personal data will be forwarded to the central coordination office of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.
Recipients
In connection with the issuance of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobility Consortium (VAT No. 02735170215), which acts as the Guest Pass provider and central coordination office and assumes the role of an independent data controller with regard to the processing of the transmitted data. Location and Directions
Our wellness hotel is located
The Romantik® Hotel Santer is located in Toblach in the Hochpustertal valley in South Tyrol, surrounded by the impressive scenery of the Dolomites. It is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the village, yet within easy reach of the center and the train station. Thanks to its location, the hotel is an ideal starting point for nature and activity holidays in every season.
Arrival with car
Travel via the Brenner Autobahn A22 (toll road) to the “Brixen-Pustertal” exit. From there, continue for approximately 60 km on the state road (SS49-E66) into the Hochpustertal valley to Toblach (Dobbiaco). In Toblach, take the first exit at the first roundabout and follow the road toward Cortina for about 300 meters. Your destination will be on the right-hand side.
Note: Highways in Italy are subject to tolls, while Austrian highways require a vignette.

Travel via the Felbertauern road to Lienz, then continue on the federal road B100. After crossing the national border, you will reach the town of Toblach after approximately 12 km. At the second roundabout, take the third exit toward Cortina. After about 300 meters, you will find our hotel on the right-hand side.
Arrival with train
Toblach train station is located only about 200 meters from our Romantik Hotel and is therefore easily reachable on foot. For travel by train, schedules are available from Deutsche Bahn, Austrian Federal Railways, Swiss Railways, Italian Railways, as well as Südtirol Mobility. In South Tyrol, you can also use the “Mobilcard South Tyrol,” which allows you to use all public transportation within the South Tyrol transport network at an affordable price. The Mobilcard is available at the Toblach tourist office or directly at our hotel reception.
Arrival with plane
Traveling by air is quick and convenient. The nearest airports are Innsbruck (130 km), Treviso (170 km), Venice (180 km), Munich and Verona (each approx. 250 km), Bergamo (333 km), and Milan Malpensa (380 km). The most convenient options are Innsbruck or Bolzano airports, from which you can easily continue your journey to Toblach by train.
