Aqua-Aerobics
In aqua aerobics,training content from aerobics are imitated in water. In most cases, the instructor stands outside the pelvis and demonstrates the exercises. Aqua aerobics not only serves to strengthen the arm and leg muscles - the cardiovascular system is also trained.
